Anyone who lives, works, or visits Usera can now check basic information about the district’s municipal services in English and Chinese, thanks to the information materials published by the District Board.
The English leaflet Services within your reach lists, service by service, who to contact and how: Citizen Service Office (010 from Madrid; 914 800 010 from outside and 900 111 065 for those over 65), Cultural Services, Consumer Affairs, Citizen Participation, District Secretariat, Legal Services, Sports, Health, Social Services, Environment, Civil Weddings, and Education, each with its own phone number and email address.
In-person assistance is provided at Avenida de Rafaela Ybarra, 41, and the general inbox is useraescucha@madrid.es.
In Chinese, the Board has published two leaflets for the campaign 乌塞拉,你的家 (“Usera, your home”).
The first, dedicated to community living (和平共处), focuses on three areas: waste management and the use of recycling centers, sustainable mobility, and noise reduction.

The second focuses on mobility and encourages using public transport, choosing alternatives like walking, cycling, or electric scooters, respecting the relationship between pedestrians and drivers, and parking only in authorized areas.

Both materials are available at the district’s municipal facilities.
