TOURISM QUALITY
CHINATOWN MADRID
The Chinatown Madrid Tourism Quality Distinction recognizes establishments that are committed to continuous service improvement and meet verifiable standards in four areas: service quality, customer satisfaction, accessibility, and sustainability.
The program promotes a more professional, inclusive, and coherent tourism offering aligned with the district’s multicultural identity.
Excellent Level
Establishments that achieve between 85 and 100 points and stand out for exemplary best practices, consistent digital presence, active customer engagement, and contribution to the neighborhood’s tourism positioning.
Distinguished Level
Establishments that meet most of the standards, have implemented visible improvements, and achieve between 60 and 84 points. It represents the expected level of tourism quality within the program.
Participant Level
Establishments that have started the process, participated in training and technical assistance, implemented initial improvements, and achieved between 40 and 59 points. It is the first level of commitment to continuous improvement.
